At Chillix Pets™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

• Denmark: 3–10 Business Days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

• We currently offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.
• No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Chillix Pets™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
